This is probably me being an idiot but i am totally lost with the recommended dosage on the silkolene can. I can work out how much to use.

Here is the table

Now what the hell is the % and is it ml or litres. I am just completely lost. Please help.

 

1% is the same as 10ml per litre (1000 ml). So in a 60 litre tank you usually fill up about 50 litres if you are like most people. So for a 1% mix you would put in 500ml.
