Correct thermostat for Impreza saloon 2007
Hi everyone,
You all seem to be far more knowledgeable than any of my parts shops or mechanics so I thought I'd run this past you. From what I've found my car should have a 82C thermostat fitted, but they all tell me to use the 87C version. Can anyone confirm on way or the other?
The vehicle is a 2007 Impreza, LHD, SOHC. The VIN is JF1GD4LR96G456615 and the engine is EJ161NP8AB.

1.6L engine is SOHC
Parts Factors wrongly list this part number with 78, 82 and 87 opening temp variants.
Probably need to try Subaru dealer for the real deal
