Default Passenger wing mirror motor

My passenger wing mirror on my 2008 Impreza is making a horrible noise. Almost sounds like the motor is trying to constantly move them. Does anyone know if the motor is easy to replace in these ? The wing mirror itself is fine

Motor, Body and glass come as a unit for the UK spec mirrors

Trying to remove the scalp cap can lead to broken clips if not very careful

struggling to find one to be honest. Asked Subaru and they are £275 +vat but can’t give you a delivery date. Can’t buy jdm ones as the connector is different. So I’m gonna wait it out until one pops up. I’ve unplugged it for now.
