Default Where does this relay mount?

Car UK 2001 WRX
Some time ago I removed my glovebox to replace the cabin filter.
Before refitting the glove box I investigated the glove box light which was blown and had never worked.
I stored the glovebox in the garage and ordered a glovebox light!
Months later I'm attempting to refit but have a problem.
On the extreme left, next to the door pillar, hinge side there is a loom disappearing down into the pillar covering and a relay on a plate hanging.
My question is does anyone know where this relay plate fixes?

Item marked 1 and mounting screw 6

as well as the screw there should be a tang on the plate that locates in another hole directly above the screw.
