Thanks Don, still not sure if its a 2.0 or 2.5 sti? DVLA has it recorded as a 2.0 WRX , Subaru vin decoder says its a 2.5 STI ?

As stated you are looking at a US domestic model VIN decoder which although similar to ours has different meanings for some of the characters used
Most US engines are 2.5L
