As above , is there anything new or really good in this area . I already have a small rcm return to sump air oil separator but im not sure its working that well because the pipe size is so small .

ive got a grimspeed aos recommended by my tuner! and it seems to be working well! had the top mount a few times and its been as clean as a whistle!. not suitable for tracking though if that's what you do!. the crawford and perrin have decent write ups also though.

You’ve got a few options out their mate! When I was looking they was ranging from £300 up to £450.

I've an S2 industries AOS also but I redirect the return to a can rather than intake just incase of a surge which can occur on hard launches

Not to sump. It returns via the crank case breather. And its water heated to avoid condensation. The three little pipes on the bottom are for the water flow and oil return.

The only thing i found is that if i didn't have the secondary air pump removed i would have had no where to put it. Also if you order one get one for a hatch back as the bracket is different. All i had to do was flip it over and it fitted behind the fuse box with longer bolt and couple of washers as a spacer.

I used a obp 3port can mounted in the old a/c location. Ran each cylinder head port and the main crank straight to the can. The top breather mounts down the cam cover and vents to air, the inlet is the Samco group N version so no return ports and now zero oil in my inlet

Cheers for the comment, the catch can used to be on the same place as yours too but I retro fitted the Intercooler spray so it had to be moved.
