When trying to use the windscreen washers, Couldnt hear any noise form the pump, nor was there any water coming through.

I checked the water reservoir, Weather wasn't below zero and Fuse was intact...

I ordered a new pump, fitted it . .. still nothing.

What's next??

 

Have you took the pump out, there is very little to them and it is normally crud that stops them,
I found out how easy they were to get going over the recent Haloween period,
10 mins work might sort it, drop a meter on the pump connectors first.

 

Did you just look at the fuse or check it with a multimeter?
