97-98 rocker cover drain hole through center top bolt hole?
Just in the process of cleaning up my covers and found that on one side there is a hole that goes from the breather cap through to the top center bolt hole (circled in red). On one side it was completely blocked with sealer and on the other cover it was open. Is it meant to be sealed or open?
