For my track car I needed a swirl pot from day 1.
First track day in it (335bhp, with sticky tyres) had bad fuel starve problems with anything less than 1/2 a tank.
If you're only ever driving on the road then you might be ok without, BUT considering the extreme & expensive engine build I personally wouldnt want to run the risk of running lean at all.

Rcm340lph pump is nowhere near enough for the sort of power you are after. On my set up I have a 3 litre swirl pot with twin 044’s, my in tank lift pump is an RCM340.
You could fit an intank 044 which would work for that power level if you don’t want to go to a swirl pot.
