STI HEADS V3/ V4

Are Version 3 and version 4 STI heads the exact same?? As in Cams, valves, buckets, head cc????

pretty much identical although i do have a slight niggle about there being a difference in the cam spec.................

V3 Cams are considered better than V4, but the rest is the same. castings may vary slightly but that's the casting and not intentional changes.
