Where to get a battery for Linetronic XV
2012 XV 2l petrol with stop start linetronic box, (don't ask!).
Dying battery Panasonic 62AH CCA620A.
This battery is comparatively small and all the batteries I can see will be too big, such as Yuasa x7005 or Varta silverAMG.
Has anyone swopped a battery on an XV???

In the Subaru database, apart from the "standard" sized 55D23L-MF, the only other listing I can see is for a 34B19L-MF sized battery
If you PM me the VIN will look it up

Thanks for the info, greatly appreciated.
I think I have sussed it out.
Virtual every supplier lists a battery that won't fit in the tray or seems too tall or doesn't have the CCA omph.
However, I was not taking into account that the "height" includes the terminals.
I have bought a Yuasa YBX7005.
Fingers crossed.
XV drivers wave at each other in sympathy.
Wish I had never sold my 13year old Impreza auto.
