Default Green Tubing

Hi,

Can anyone help, recently replaced intercooler and induction kit and found this random green pipe loose?

Piping is green then goes clear, like a fluid pipe, then goes in under neath the dashboard and into the centre consol?

typically it is T`d in, if the T was still there then you would now have a air leak,
