right. So I fitted a new intercooler, and I was tightening the last bolt on the blow off valve when the bolt head snapped off. There's still thread in their with not a lot of movement on the blow off valve at all but wanted to know if it will cause a problem ?. Bolt thread has caught onto the thread so was hoping it wouldn't cause a problem until the intercooler had to be removed

 

What a lucky boy I am. Took blow off valve off and the sheared thread unscrewed with ease
