Default boost soleniod

So was changing down pipe today and notice that the bottom pipe on the boost solenoid has come off from somewhere and has a bit of broken pipe left in it where does this pipe go? I think that where it goes someone has put a screw in (see pics) there why is that? btw I have a boost controller too

If I'm looking at the right bit in the picture the bit with a screw innit is where the pipe from the solenoid goes from a 3 port , vents back into intake .

If your running a 2 port or controller you don't need this

Cheers running a 3 port with controller. These down pipe bolts are a mare to get off lol as the one at the top on the passenger side I can't get enough leverage so having to undo intercooler bracket. Also snapped one off which I'm not sure what I'm going to do about any ideas

Don't talk to me about downpipe bolts lol , just removed mine to remove up pipe , mare !!

My up pipe bolts are fooled with age

Best thing to use is a blow torch to heat the bolts/nuts up if not rounded
