I have just got an sti v3. I am very new to this please bare with me. Ok my questions are

What is the best sort of coolant to use
Should a 97 v3 sti have an adjustable diff cause i cant find mine.

The adjustable diff was only on the type R (and type RA) I think. Dont know about the coolant as it just gets sorted at a service.
