Default Hatchback rear tail lights

Hello boys and girls,

Has anyone taken apart the rear lights on a hatchback ?. Basically I tried cleaning the outside lip of me rear tail lights last weekend but they still aren't 100%, and there's still dirt underneath the light lenses. I wanna have me overlays fitted, But I don't wanna do it without the lights being 100% clean.

Cheers

Is it the ridged rim ? Mossy and mouldy ? Just remove the fitting from the car and use a detailing brush.

That's right mate. Tried that and it still left some behind. Didn't whether you could unscrew the back of them to get the lens off and clean them that way.

There's about 4 screws on the back of the units but I didn't wanna start unscrewing them incase anyone had experience in doing this
