Default Owen Developments HTA68 Turbo

Looking for opinions on the above turbo. Wanting to fit it to a blob wagon. Replacing a vf34 I don't really want any more power (honest) but don't want to lose the great spool I have on the 34. It's this turbo or a SC36 so far.

struggling to find any great detail on it. Mostly American stuff from 2009.

All opinions good or bad welcome.

Thanks
Derek

Yes sadly the 34 is on the road out. Has started smoking. Love the way it performs.

. Craig bellworthy CENTRAL TURBOS , can supply a rebuilt one or could rebuild your own with billet wheel and uprated bearings so be better than a new one

I didn't think the 34 could be rebuilt?

Had a 35 before and very good but I'm not too keen on firing a used turbo on with the age some are getting to. Whatever I buy will be kept and transferred onto the next Impreza.

I think parts to rebuild them were expensive that's the only reason why a lot of companies say they cannot be rebuilt. Give Craig a call and he will give you no bull**** free advice.
