Default MY95 Impreza wrx cranks but doesn't start

Right gents need some help, I have a modified wrx import on a 95 that I can't get to start - covered lots already so will start at the beginning

The car was fitted with hdi intercooler, apexi induction kit, newage coilpack conversion n grey injectors. So I decided to have an alcatek fitted. On the mapping day I accidentally smashed the plastic water bottle so rushed around to find one although I thought I bled any air in the system I must of had an airlock as on the mapping session after a few runs the temp rose almost to the top of the guage, we pulled over allowed it to cool refilled and back on our way. After we hit 0.8bar the car stuttered and began to miss getting progressively worse we got back to the garage checked over the car and found the actuator was off a vf series my turbo is a tdo5.... was told items to check.
So here's the work I carried out
Changed actuator for std td05 actuator
Removed spark plugs found 3 7bs and a 6b none correctly gapped so fitted full set of 7b gapped to 0.65
Removed my soldered pigtails on new age coils and fitted jti harnesses
Fitted yellow injectors
Car turned over but massively overfueling.
Put car into specialist
Clutch was knackered so that was replaced
Timing belt was replaced (no record on old one so didn't want to leave it to chance
Specialist said vac hoses were past there best so he replaced and removed some as running mafless told didn't need them
Fitted fuelab fpr
Car wouldn't start at this point!
Camshaft censor swapped no change
Everything pointed to krankshaft sensor this was changed for brand new along with new oil pump still no change
was told spark inconsistent and weak.
As bill was mounting and a lot of head scratching I had the car recovered home.
On the advice of the specialist
Fitted a second hand sourced manifold loom
Refitted grey injectors and standard fpr
Checked ignitor wiring as soldered, correctly soldered and wires correctly matched up
Car still won't start, I get eml as normal when trying to start, cranks over fuel pump primes believe the issue is spark but don't know what to check next. Any ideas?
