Default Lateral arms and bushing

I have a set of rear lateral arms and have bought some super pro bushes.
Will I need to have these pressed in or can the bushes be fitted without the use of a press?

Cheers
Rich

Do the bushes come apart in the middle? As usually they just fit in at each side.

With the metal insert removed I had no issues pressing the bush in with a normal vice. Used soft jaws to avoid marking the fresh powdercoat though... Would have to use a press on standard items as they have a metal sleeve on the outside that the SuperPro ones don't have.
