Help with defi gauge controller ID

Obvs front of the controller



Rear of the unit
Hi guys after being away from the Scooby scene for over 4 years am now back just purchased one 2 days ago and love it but need some help with it first, it has a set of 3 defi gauges in a center pod. They don't light up or read anything was told by the chap who sold me the it that it's this controller unit whats at fault....? Sorry don't know anything about them where will a source this part have asked a couple of people on eBay as there's looks the same but can someone plz tell me what model controller it is etc so I can perhaps buy a new one if needs be so I can get the bloody things working

Your first job will be to check the wiring of the four wires marked DC source.
RED: PERMANENT live.
ORANGE: SWITCHED live when on SECOND click on ignition.
WHITE: sidelights.
BLACK: decent earth.

It's usually the last that is wrong

when fitting a center pod where the clock usually sits its more than likely the power and side light connections were taken from the old clock wiring. You would need to lift the pod out to check this.

Or simply get a multi meter set it to DC volts and use a scale above 12V test between the
black and red with the ignition on to see if you get power to the unit.

If you don't get anything then theirs your answer.

you bought WR1 006 by any chance?
