Will induction kits go on a V reg SPORT - if yes which ones do you lot recommend

Just about to ask the same question.. only Mine's a 98 Sport, Not sure if it's the same .

I don't really want to buy a panel filter,

You need to be careful with induction kits 9 out of 10 work ok on MY >98 cars but if the kit is not fitted securly they can damage the MAF sensor, you can buy a K&N induction kit for th Sport but I think the price is around £200 or you could go for the BMC carbon box which give good gains on the sport

 

The BMC gives great gains on the sport.
