Default EJ25 Build

Hi all, building a 2.5L and using EJ20X heads (apparently it's what they're called) dual avcs, off of a BP Liberty/legacy. I am wanting to know what head gasket size to use as I'm not sure what the compression ratio will be with standard ej25 gaskets. If anyone knows what sizes to use or they have used, please let me know.
Thanks!

piston type/spec, etc. all influence the correct gasket as well as your intended use and even fuel type
