Default Car won't unlock

Was driving the car round Friday fine come home and went to lock it by the central locking button and it wouldn't lock so I locked it with the key and thought nothing of it so I got a new battery now even with the battery the car won't unlock there for can't driveitt car as it doesn't immobilise it really frustrating as I can't get to work now also my spare key has never worked and always sets the alarm off so maybe that needs programming ? Not at all sure any ideas ?

You'll need it to try and reprogram the keys.

Can't you use the kepad to deactivate the alarm/immobiliser. I am currently using mine as I am waiting for a key from subaru which is taking a long time to say the least.
