Default Need help with few things

Hi all ive finally had some time off work so i could have a good look around my car i dont know much mechanically but i dont just want to be someone that buys parts pays for them to get fitted and hasnt got a clue about them so i would like to learn from you lot. I have a few issues the main thing that is bothering me is when i go over small bumps and dips in the road my tyres scrape arches like mad but it seems i have a pretty big arch gap would this be worn dampers /springs i have attqched photos so you can see also i have put up a pic which i thing is a manual boost controller but not sure so any help greatley appreciated . Oh and a little plug thing that isnt plugged in ???

Wheels look pretty low offset with a large tyre. They are probably rubbing because of this. You could raise the ride height, roll your arches or get a set of wheels that fit.

Ok thanks i want to change wheels anyway what size would i need do get would you know?

Part of you problem is the width of the tyres, they are all wrong for a classic!

I'm gussing you've got maybe 7.5/8 inch wide wheels?

At 7.5" wide wheels you want 215/40 45 at a push sized tyres.

Bare in mind a Terzo is 18 or so years old, so you could have tired suspension also. The main culprit is your wheel/tyres though.
