Could anyone tell me 100% which model/year inlet this came off?

I think its a version 3/4 STI... but want to be certain.

Yea thats why I thought it was a v3/4... Is there a difference between the WRX and STI manifolds? Just trying to rule out a resprayed WRX one

WRX / STi 3&4 manifolds are identical apart from colour.........
