Forester Starting Issues - help?
2004 2.5 na Forester is the car in question.
Imported my subaru to the UK after spending 6 months driving it around Australia and falling in love, all went well delivered to the driveway etc
It was going well, until it wouldn't start. I replaced the battery as that was dead- but still no life.
It cranks really well, it also sounds like the fuel pump is priming but alas no spark. I have some new leads and plugs to fit today, anything else which can be suggested to fire it into life?

Current feelings are:
Check the plugs and leads
Coilpack- someone mentioned to check that elsewhere
Reset the immobiliser, it's an australian car so doesn't have a pin pad meaning I need to find out how to do it (possible guidance in the owners manual?)
Get it picked up, give it to a garage with the instruction to fix it
Any help/support on here from people who have been through a similar situation?

I'm assuming the no spark bit to be honest, there's literally no fire at all just chugging/turning over.
Are either of those sensors likely to perish just due to being sat for a couple of months in transport?
