Default 1993 Impreza crank timing when changing belt

can anyone tell me how the crank should be aligned when changing a cam belt looking at the marks I guess it should be by the dot on the pulley to the mark on the engine or should it be to the arrow on the pulley? Thanks for any help or pictures to confirm lol

The arrow is for TDC.
The Impreza engine doesn't use TDC to line up for the timing belt.
So it's the line on the crank pulley to line on the engine when doing the belt.

I'm on my phone so don't have my pics,,this one is c/o merlin
