Default 2001 September Power Steering pump rebuild kit advice

Hi All,

Noticed the PAS pump leaking while changing the cam belt. Its a bugeye and I think this is the right rebuild kit for it.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Su...6368#vi-ilComp

Would really appreciate someone checking for me, as the date is 2002. I think in the US the bugeye was launched a year later. Also are these available in the UK from anywhere? Many thanks.

Need to rebuild mine as it's leaking where did you get the parts from in the end? Was it a difficult job to rebuild it? Would it be the same rebuild kit for a 2004 sti?

Cheers

OEM rebuild (seal) kits are only listed for MY01-02.

For MY03 onwards pump is replaced as a unit.

Thanks chaps. I have the kit but cant get the pulley off at the moment. Going to weld a bolt into it instead of the soft allen hole. Mine is a 2001 so should be OK.
