Fit an aftermarket forge one, not cheap mind but from memory the sc series are based on blouch turbos which use TD05 tech so you could possibly use an actuator from a td05

Did you ever get this sorted? I need a replacement actuator for my SC 42 twin scroll, and can't seem to figure out which aftermarket one fits. Is this something where I can get a universal adjustable unit (e.g. Kinugawa) and re-use my original actuator rod and bracket?

Unfortunately they just referred me to Blouch, still waiting for their reply. Do you know if I can remove and re-use my actuator rod on the replacement actuator? Was yours a twin scroll SC42 as well?

Ring Turbo Dynamics, they fully rebuilt my SC42 and also fitted their own uprated 2 bar actuator at the same time as another upgrade. Well worth doing and they are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Fair, informative, helpful and won't rip you off. Full thumbs up from me!
