Rear wiper subaru gx I know non turbo lol

Hi a newbie here and new to subaru as just brought a 2004 subaru gx blob,
But for the love of me I can't seem to figure out hie to put rear wiper on
Any help will be highly appreciated.

You twist the end of the wiper stick.

Must have fuse or something gone then tried that and nothing happened thanks for reply

Check fuses, I seem to remember it's 15?

If not, look at rear connections under parcel shelf too.
