At the moment i've got fitted some Red stuff pads on my 4 pot front callipers, don't get me wrong these can stop you in seconds, but you need to have your foot planned to the floor, there's alot of travel in the pedal before the brakes kick in.

i'm guessing thats down to the pads? As my callipers never use to be like that?
