Default Mafless induction pipe?

Iv got a 1997 V3 STi and it's currently running mafless with standard air box, MAF is still on the induction pipe but unplugged.
Does anywhere do an induction pipe that allows me to lose the MAF altogether and still use the standard box?
If such a thing exists is it worth doing?
I'm just looking to tidy up the engine bay and if it gives any benefits than that's a bonus!

Cant you spin the pipe 90degree so the maf connector is on the underside of the pipe and hidden out of sight?

Ideally I'd like a Samco or similar that will fit straight onto the air box but as the MAF attaches to it it doesn't look possible.
