Does anyone know if there's much difference between version 3/4 turbo hoses and version 5/6 turbo hoses?

They look exactly the same to me!
The only reason I ask is because I've seen some Samco hoses going cheap, but they're for version 3/4 and I have a version 5/6!

 

Only things would be in my mind is makes and diameters......

 

Have a look on the viper performance or mishimoto websites (or samco, or RCM etc etc), see if they list different kits for the various versions.
