Anybody got a knocklink on they're sti hatchback, or any other scoob?, and has found it saved them they're engine? Just interested

 

Dont think it will save an engine with chocolate ringlands.

 

Not going to save it,but just if you pick up a poor batch of fuel?

 

waste of money in all honesty, be better spent on oil pressure gauge and temperature gauges. or putting in a pot to save for a forged engine if you plan to go bigger power than stock

 

Thankyou,it had a new engine before I got it...but standard unfortunately... I'm definitely saving the pennies,as it's an awesome car..just wondered if there's anything I can do to help things... She doesn't drink a drop of oil.

 

Having had one myself the best 2 things I had were a scangauge ecu monitor and a set of gauges, I nearly lost an engine to a cracked oil pickup pipe. Had I had no gauges it would have killed the bottom end. the scangauge can be set up to monitor afr's and soon see if theres something a miss
