Default HELP ME!!! WASTEGATE FLUTTER?!!!?

Hi, I'm 15 and going to possibly get a 2002 WRX Wagon as my first car. Now I wanted to know how to get this sound so I can implement it on my WRX. The sound I am reaching to get is in the beginning of this video, right as he gets to the end of the gears.
. I am only wondering how to achieve this sound and not wanting to know why it happens. Thanks!

You will never get insured on one for a start.

And no not on a standard wrx,

And its not called wastegate flutter, internal wastegates don't make a noise

In my opinion someone is trying to run before they can walk.

That noise is where he is running no dump valve so the air comes back and stalls the compressor (compressor stall) which is fine on some turbos like a T63 but on MOST it will kill them pretty quickly.

To get that noise you would plug your dump valve and install a big cone air filter to hear it.

Car wouldn't last long before the turbo blades broke and could possibly take out your whole engine doing so.

Same noise on a Cosworth

I've seen this guy's videos on YouTube and as far as know that sound (rattlesnake type sound) is from the external wastegate he has and not compressor stall. Im pretty sure that's the case as I have seen other videos of scoobies with external wastegates and they make the same sound.

This, no one else seems to know what they are on about lol. Its an external wastegate, nothing to do with a dump valve or compressor stall etc.

And for the record, when not running a DV, you dont stall the compressor, it slows but you'd have a problem if it stalled...

I have an external wastegate on my glanza, as external is the only way you can get steady boost control with such a small wastegate on the TD04 I fitted. The noise is cool for a while, but it soon gets really ****ing annoying! Need to get it plumbed back into the downpipe...

The OP's video shows the car making the noise at higher revs on boost, your video shows a noise being generated on lift off!
