As above any reason why not to think this turbo could make 400bhp on a 2.0 Blobeye sti ?

Depends on the supporting mods, injectors, FMIC, up-pipe etc.

A friend of mine runs just over 400 on a billet 18g, that is on a 2.0 non AVCS with a splash of meth.

My non-billet made 380 with 20% meth on V5 Uk Turbo. Made 405 on my built 2.1 with 20% meth

So not really possible on v-power alone then ?
