Hi Guys,

I've got a little issue with the heater on my 97 1500 Impreza. As the title says, my heater wont blow cold air, in fact no cold air is coming though at all. When the car comes up to temperature, you HAVE to open the windows The temperature control doesn't do anything, even on AC.

Has anybody come across this problem before, and how to fix it? Just thought I'd ask before getting my head under the dash!!
Any help would be appreciated.

I've included a picture of my heater controls.

 

Not much too them, I would say that the linkage has come off the hot/cold control flap, flap stuck at hot air feed, ac won't work when heaters set to hot.
Get your head under there and check everything is connected up

 

The vent surround should just prise off, be easier to have a feel about than trying to look up behind the centre console.
