Default Struggling with my gc8 having some odd boost problems..

My 93 gc8 is having some problems with boosting, its my 2nd impreza and 2nd time with a boost issue, when i reset the ecu by removing the negative terminal for a while and pressing the brake pedal a few times, it drives fine for a few miles and then the boost just seems like its dropped to like 0.5 bar or something. Iv done a diagnostic on the car using the black plugs on the steering collum and there is no faults stored..the car is fitted with a td05 with a decat and exhaust system. Other than that it is pretty much stock. Any ideas what i should be looking for? Any help much apreciated

Took it to a local subaru specialist this morning, he said it was slightly overboosting and going into safe mode, he didnt check with any gauge etc he hust said it felt like it was more than 1bar when he reset the ecu and drove it. He then asjusted my actuator just one turbo to make it slightly longer and lower the boost. Its been fine since iv done 40 miles so far so good
