Default Brake sizes

Hi All,

Question for the brake experts out there... I have 16" alloys on my hawk 2.0 N/A. the brake disks need changing, does anyone know if the standard callipers would allow fitting larger brake disks? I don't mean STI size because I know that the clearance of the alloy doesn't fit anyway. But I was hoping that maybe WRX brake disks would fit without needing to change the callipers.. would like the STI brake disks and callipers, but also need bigger alloys... so any advise is appreciated?

Sorry in advance for potential stupidity of this question.... haha

Thanks,
Bran

You could probably fit the Subaru 4 pot calipers which would allow bigger discs but using what I assume are the standard sliding calipers then you couldn't fit bigger discs.
