Default Hatch STI going into "limp" mode

Hey all,

I am having an issue with my 08 STI hatchback going into limp mode (The cruise and sport modes flash with the alternator and dtc lights on permenantly). It has happened twice now over the last 48 hours and there is also an "eggy" smell when it happens.

2 weeks ago I had a ProDrive second de-cat and AEM induction kit installed and the car re-mapped by Duncan from RaceDynamix.

Having read the faults with Dash Command it looks like an issue with the sensor on the second de-cat pipe and when cleared works ok?

Any thoughts on best way to resolves?

Thanks

I agree, the whole mapping process took just over 20 minutes which I thought was a little short. Is it possible that it's a hardware fault or mist likely the map?

I left a message with Duncan on the 14/08 before my holiday and expected a reply on returning today, disappointed not to have got a reply. Obviously could be on holiday too.

You really need the mapper.
