Default Would a V1 gearbox fit V4

As above guys, think my gearbox is fooked, so needs replacing, only one I can find is from a v1 My93?
Any advice appreciated

Yes physically it will fit, however if yours is an sti you will need the matching rear diff for the V1 gbox

banny mine is a uk2000 not sti, think possible selector problem on mine,

Cool, if the box from the v1 is also from a UK car then it will fit straight on with your current diff but if its from a wrx I believe the the diff ratio to match the box is 4.111. Would be great if you get the code from the box, as it would be easy to tell you what diff it needs
