Default Which cams?

So I've just had my 06' JDM hawkeye striped down and rebuilt to 2.1 stroker and been advised one of the cams is fooked, seems at some point in its life the cam sprocket was loose and mashed everything... So... What are the highest performing cams I can get for my car, that will still allow a normal idle and road driving?

First place I looked was piper cams but I'm lost...

Advice and recommended companies welcome!

Kelford and Brian Crower seem to be popular choices Aaron but unless your going for big power 650+ i would just replace your old cam like for like as its an expensive game for possibly small returns. Hows your build coming on ?? Will u be back at Elvington in time for TOTB ??

Hi fella,
I'll be hovering around 500-550bhp by Christmas with new turbo etc but just thought I could get some cheap cams and get them reprofiled but looks like there's little/no need now, I/it will be at TOTB but not on the strips, I'll still be running the new engine in with zero boost... Car does very little mileage so will take a while to clock up the 1k miles needed before re-remap :-(
Then in for WRC kit with oem sticks👌

THIS!!! No need at the bhp you are looking to run,as the standard cams are more then enough for that power level anyway, plus there is no such thing as a cheap Subaru cam changeRemember there are four and if you are doing cams you "HAVE" to do the heads i.e Gas flowing port and polish etc....to make proper use of the upgraded cam profiles, and the list just keeps going on.Standard cam replacement job done i say.SJ.
