HELP PLEASE
I have a Subaru Impreza WRX STI 2013 so you would think I would not start to get problems but guess what I am, the climate control does not work right so as it is under warranty I rang my local dealer booked it in took it down to them the night before as I had work in the morning to sort this out NO they did not because they had the car for 4 days only to tell me that the software they had was to old so could not do it.
Next thing I rang the next dealer for them to tell me that can't do nothing for me and that I should take it back to the dealer that could not do it.
Next your going to ask why did I not contact Subaru UK well don't worry did that and they was as much use as chocolate tea kettle.
Please help me because I am getting to the point that I am wishing I had not brought it now.

Dealers> Sounds about right.
OK, so why couldn't the first dealer do it and did they say what needed done?
I assume you haven't paid anything yet? If so, get your money back or tell them it has to be done.
Second, why wouldn't the second dealer touch it?
I've had similar with a Renault Clio 197 Sport. the aircon lost it's gas, (as they do), so the ecu told the aircon pump to stop working. When you regas it, it's SUPPOSED to start it again...but, you guessed it: it didn't.
Research online found it was a software glitch, Renault were aware and would put it right free.
First dealer in Howden had the car six hours, couldn't do it, reckoned their computer couldn't talk to it, but charged me £80 for some change they made to the wiring.
Second dealer in Loughborough said they couldn't understand the Howden lot, no problem, bang, it's done, no charge.
Pick your dealer.....some are rogues, no excuses.

I have not paid out any money as it is under warranty maybe that is why they don't want to do it, but I did try to get it gas before I took it in and the guy said it was not that it was something to do with the heater.
I did not buy it from that garage but I think they don't know their **** from their elbow.
But not so worried now as I have had a phone call from Subaru tech term and a guy is coming from Norfolk on Tuesday so I have to meet him at the dealer to carry out the work so hopping this will be the end of it.
Company called Shelly Motors

Main dealers are so useless, i work in a bodyshop and we deal with many of them on a regular basisz
Doesnt matter what manufacturer it is, they are terrible when it comes to the service department.

Also the dealer thinks I am silly because in my car a have a rear and front camera in my car so when I watched the video back they had played with it as because was not showing all off the video on it.
So next thing I did was checking the tracker and guess what it had been out on two test drives. So can anyone tell me why they need to do 3miles test drive.
