Standard airbox and A TMIC make it hard for the flutter to be heard, as you found out (so did i when i tried) ive just removed the snorkel system in the inner wing on my standard airbox to try and get some of the flutter noise, yet to test but heres hoping, if not, was worth a try lol (on a 95 WRX)

Should be a bit of flutter bud, my 03 WRX fluttered with just a stiffer VTA spring setting. Standard airbox and TD04 running stock boost. I did have the snorkel removed though.
