Default fitting JDM sweeping clocks to 05 UK blob

Bought these last year for my 2005 blob anyway so came to fit them today and the standard plugs for the car loom are different to the plugs in the back of the JDM.. do I just change connectors in speedo?

What on the standard plugs and slide them straight in? Seen that the slides don't quite line up on the plus to speedo

Yeah it's been a while since I did it (I eventually moved onto UK Hawk clocks so it takes the KPH convertor out of the list of things to go wrong) but I just had to file off some little tabs on one of the plugs.

I'll dig around tonight to see if I took photos.
