Proper boost control required.
How is boost currently controlled?

As above, needs mapping really for those mods. It must have a MBC on it to get the boost to 1.3bar or wrong/missing restrictor pill or split pipes. 94 classic has map sensor rated to around 1.3bar so will fuel cut.

As I've ran the car it has sounded so bloody loud
Gonna check boost solenoid tomorrow . Then off for mapping next month.

you could try running the vac line from the compressor nipple to teh wastegate directly. You'll be down to just spring pressure but at least you'll be further from fuel cut. Then simply reconnect the solenoid pipes when your getting the car mapped.

So there is no boost control on the car at all? No actuator, no wastegate, no boost solenoid or MBC? I'd start looking at this

Just use a short hose going direct from the turbo nipple to the wastegate nipple, no BCS connected. You'll get spring pressure only which should only be around 10psi or so (double check with your boost gauge).

There are 3 pipes the one from the boost gauge , the one from bcs to airflow meter and one from the waste gate to the bcs . There is not one going from turbo . Help

take a picture it will help to explain what you have.

You will have either a 2port or a 3port solenoid.
3 port will be:
be pipe from compressor nipple to BCS
pipe from wastegate nipple to BCS
pipe from intake to BCS

2 port will be:
pipe from turbo nipple to wastegate nipple with a T piece in it.
T pipe goes to BCS.
BCS hooked up to intake on it's second port.

Whichever you have, unhook it and hook one of your now unused pipes from the turbo compressor nipple directly to the turbo wastegate nipple.

All pipes are fine I don't see any pill in pipe the previous pipe had a piece of copper in it but I think that was just a repair job .all are silicone too one had a hole in replaced it still the same . I know the car needs a remap but it used to boost just fine until other day

Is it a 2 port or 3 port solenoid then, the pill goes in a different place for each. 2 port with no pill will under boost. 3 port with no pill will overshoot. Definitely hooked the pipes all back Into the right place yeah? 3 port hooked up the wrong way will also overshoot.
