took my 09 sti for its 5k oil and filter change at a well known garage today. was advised that a wishbone bush was slightly split. what options do i have as an upgrade to the standard bushes, bearing in mind I'm looking at getting a set of coilovers fitted shortly which leads me to my next question; what coilovers do people recommend? TIA, steve.

Front or rearward bush? If it's the front then go Superpro or Whiteline but if it's the rear then it's a prime time for getting an ALK on there given you'll need to do the geo once the coilovers are on there anyway.
