Default Power gains

Does anybody know what sort of bhp gains i should have with an APS induction kit with a K&N filter and a zero sports turbo back exhaust.
They're on a 2005 JDM sti ☺

I take it you mean after a remap because without one its probably going to die a death and cost you a few k replacing parts of the engine (it will det on a full decat and the pistons are not reknown for being strong v det)

Remapped you should be looking at around 350-360bhp and 360-400lbs of torque, depends on the car and mapper.

I know nothing about the history of the car but I've owned it for nearly 2 years now and had no engine problems. I don't know if it's been mapped but I'm hoping to get it dyno'd before April as I've got a track day tester booked.

Induction kit will add nothing. Standard air box is best

I wouldn't be worrying about doing a track day, you need to find out if your car is running as it should do and making sure it's mapped safely!

Especially if you know nothing about the car!
