Power gains
Does anybody know what sort of bhp gains i should have with an APS induction kit with a K&N filter and a zero sports turbo back exhaust.

I take it you mean after a remap because without one its probably going to die a death and cost you a few k replacing parts of the engine 
(it will det on a full decat and the pistons are not reknown for being strong v det)
Remapped you should be looking at around 350-360bhp and 360-400lbs of torque, depends on the car and mapper.
