Default Removing side feed injectors?

How do you remove the side feed injectors from the fuel rails once you have removed the caps from them?
I just wanted to ask if there is anything special I need to do in order to remove them as they are extremely reluctant to come out.
I have removed the fuel rails from the engine before anyone asks.
Cheers,
Andy.

No special tools required and they will pull out but they can be very stubborn.

Very stubborn indeed! I just didn't want to use brute force and ignorance in case there was something I was missing.
Cheers,
Andy.

Yep I had to use pliers. But carefully!

Make sure to use new upper and lower o-rings when fitting again as well as the seals between the rail and intake. Fit carefully to avoid catching any or rings. You could be fine with the old ones but if fuel leaks past you will wreck the engine. Seen a few people who have had injector seals go and flood the engine.
