Hi going to by removing resonator pipe and decat pipe on my new age 04 PPP wagon but the cat pipe is just a 2.5 pipe with a heat shield on it with the lumber sensor sticking out does this mean this part has already bin done or is the cat with in the 2.5 pipe section .this is the cat pipe not up or down .the one in front of the resonator section .dont won't yo go out and buy and decat if it's already bin done.thwnks in advance for any replies.

 

If its a ppp it already has a decat on the section your talking about. Spend your money on an sti uppipe.

 

Does that have a cat in still or is it just a de cat up pipe?

 

No its a straight through. The wrx has a cat in the uppipe which is a bad idea as if it starts to break up it destroys your turbo and even engine if your really unlucky.
